Upcoming Biomedical Projects for 2023

Nasopharynx Tubarial Glands
- Create a tool that can be used to prevent radiation damage to the tubarial glands during radiotherapy.
- Our goal is to design, create, and invent new medical devices that will address inequity's in healthcare and bring together undergraduate students to work together towards biomedical innovations.
The Modern Speculum
- Redesign the speculum to create a more inclusive, patient-friendly, and comfortable experience.

About Us

The New York Association of Biomedical Innovations (NYABI) is a team of multidisciplinary undergraduate students with a mutual interest of leveraging technology and modern therapeutics to biomedical devices and advance healthcare while reducing inequities.

NYABI plans to engage and facilitate three projects annually by uniting New York State to improve the conditions within the medical field and offering easier access to medicine across the world.
